Jun 2026We had a great evening at Maestro and really enjoyed our dinner. Everything we ordered was delicious. The octopus was especially good-tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the natural wines, which paired very well with the food. A special mention goes to the orange yule log dessert with a scoop of ice cream. It was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed it so much that we forgot to take a photo before finishing it. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We highly recommend Maestro and will definitely come back on our next visit to Hvar.
May 2026One of the absolute highlights of our time in Hvar was Konoba Maestro 🍷🐟 I honestly had one of the best fish dishes of my life there… the Black Sea bream was simply outstanding. Perfectly prepared, super fresh and full of flavor. The wine recommendation was also incredibly professional and spot on. I had a Slovenian orange wine and wow… absolutely mind-blowing. Such a special experience from start to finish. If you love amazing seafood, natural wines and authentic atmosphere, this place is a must while in Hvar ✨
Aug 2024The welcome and the place are absolutely charming. The wines and the menu are quite original for the region. It's the only spot on Hvar where you can find natural wines, making it truly unique. Highly recommended!
