Fantastic tasting menu with pairing, the best part was sitting next to this wall of deliciousness as we ate. Great friendly waiter and cook!

The vibe, the food and of course the wines in this place are outstanding. Big shout out to the tomato tartare and mussels in dashi. And from now on I only want to eat broccoli like they do it here. Besides: nothing beats a dancing chef.
