He’s also behind Rac, Blaz, Pépite, Fangdu and more … Babar is so Lovely and the food is superb under the helm of Chef Alexandre Marchon. Too much fun at Babar ! Mar 2026De passage comme au minimum chaque année à Shanghai C’est THE place to be ! Je résume le vin est dingue, du nature du vrai du sympa du bon comme on aime chez raisin Plats dingues et variés façon tapas mais qui fait un vrai dîner Prix au top et Simon le proprio français trop sympa Bref à tous passage obligatoire trouve pour ma part par raisin initialement ! Et le vin … enfin ai pu goûter du jura de la Savoie mais aussi un vrai orange de Chine ! Et ils savent faire ce que je n’aurai imaginé pour être franc Merci Simon ! Ici il ouvre la bouteille et sert tout au verre ! À très vite
