Zinneke Wine is the result of an encounter between two wine enthusiasts. On the one hand there is Fabrice, a wine lover for many years, he decides with a couple of friends and his wife, Emilie, to start importing French natural wines. This is how the meeting between Athena and Fabrice could have taken place. Athéna, manager of a natural wine bar since 2019, is passionate about wine, but beyond the bar, she is thirsty to learn and understand what is hidden behind winemaking. During a drunken evening, the idea comes... to make wine! After a short time, Fabrice left the import adventure to devote himself more seriously to winemaking with Athéna. They then decide to start trading. They pick up grapes all over France, first from friends and then from friends of friends. They create a network and have more and more opportunities and choices in the grape varieties they decide to bring back. Two or three round trips by truck, they harvest themselves, bring the grapes back to Liège in a garage and the winemaking work can begin!
