Mojito, jasmine and fresh Muscat grapes on the nose. Soft, happy, lively, easy-going bubbles with a spicy and saline finish. Great for an aperitif, a party, a picnic. Matching with tapas, tortilla chips with guacamole, raw fish, mezze, coconut milk chicken, sushi, vegetable lasagna... Alc. 12,5% Grapes: Picpoul, Ugni Blanc, Muscat, Chardonnay. Certified organic agriculture, harvest by hand, low intervention winemaking in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts and no sulfites added, no fining, no filtering.
