Dark rosé. Wild strawberries, red current, lychee, rose petals and melon in the nose. Structured, round and full of flavours in the mouth. Perfect as an aperitif or with light summer cuisine. Pinot Noir und Cabernet Carol grapes. Harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Not filtered, not fined. 6 months aging on the lees. Mojito, jasmine and fresh Muscat grapes on the nose. Soft, happy, lively, easy-going bubbles with a spicy and saline finish. Great for an aperitif, a party, a picnic. Matching with tapas, tortilla chips with guacamole, raw fish, mezze, coconut milk chicken, sushi, vegetable lasagna... Alc. 12,5% Grapes: Picpoul, Ugni Blanc, Muscat, Chardonnay. Certified organic agriculture, harvest by hand, low intervention winemaking in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts and no sulfites added, no fining, no filtering.
