Dark rosé. Wild strawberries, red current, lychee, rose petals and melon in the nose. Structured, round and full of flavours in the mouth. Perfect as an aperitif or with light summer cuisine. Pinot Noir und Cabernet Carol grapes. Harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Not filtered, not fined. 6 months aging on the lees.
