🍃 herbs, chamomile, candied orange, black pepper, tea, grapefruit. Light and fresh orange wine with mild acidity and soft tannins.
Watermelon, raspberry, grapefruit, gooseberry jelly, almond. Juicy, soft, vivid, elegant.
Dark rosé. Wild strawberries, red current, lychee, rose petals and melon in the nose. Structured, round and full of flavours in the mouth. Perfect as an aperitif or with light summer cuisine. Pinot Noir und Cabernet Carol grapes. Harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Not filtered, not fined. 6 months aging on the lees. Alc. 12% Winemaker: Thomas Harteneck Certified biodynamic, working with nature under the strict guidelines of DEMETER. Place: Baden, south of Germany
