Slight effervescence when it hits the tongue. Beautiful magenta color. Notes of cherry cough syrup and blackberry. On the nose you can smell the natural yeast and perfume notes. Gluggable.

Very bright and fresh. Strong acidity and body to hold up a sneaky bit of VA. Bright cherry, guava and raspberry without being overly sweet. Very nice blend of Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt.

Strawberry hard candy on the nose w a lil funk. Immediately hit with Green apple/ hibiscus layer and cranberry sugar crystals @ the finish. Smooth, juicy, brings joy to my soul.
