Color: Bright ruby red with purple highlights, medium intensity, youthful and luminous Aroma/Nose: Precise and expressive nose of red cherry, blackcurrant and wild berries, complemented by floral notes of violets and subtle herbal tones. Underlying graphite minerality with a touch of spice (white pepper, clove). Very pure and focused aromatics, reflecting both grape typicity and limestone soils. Taste/Palate: Medium-bodied with fresh, vibrant acidity and fine, chalky tannins. Juicy flavors of sour cherry, cranberry and raspberry dominate, with a linear, mineral-driven backbone. Subtle savory herbs and earthy undertones lend complexity. Elegant and precise structure with a long, clean, saline finish. A classic Preisinger expression of Blaufränkisch: energetic, transparent and terroir-driven.
