Easy yet sophisticated and fruity
A little volatile upon uncorking, but settles down. Fresh berries a little bit of fungus on the nose but very easy and drinkable
Darker and fuller bodied then a usual Pinot Noir. Whole cluster pressing is apparent. Beautiful red and dark berries with a hint of fresh herbs and a natural expression. Paired well with a mix of culinary dishes ranging from grilled wasabi prawns to chicken & black bean Arepas. Benefits from a few minutes of decanting. Love this wine.
