We are immersed in a landscape rich in biodiversity, where forests, meadows, vineyards, and arable fields alternate in a mosaic of colors and scents. The wildlife finds an ideal habitat here, and we are committed to preserving it. In our vineyards, we prioritize native grape varieties and practice sustainable farming, promoting the presence of beneficial insects and protecting the spontaneous flora.
We have introduced bees, valuable allies, that contribute to pollination and the increase of biodiversity. We manage the soil according to criteria aimed at maintaining organic matter. Even in the cellar, we respect natural rhythms: fermentation occurs spontaneously, thanks to the indigenous yeasts present in the grapes. This allows us to produce unique wines, an authentic expression of the territory.
We cultivate our vineyards in harmony with the seasonal rhythms, enhancing local biodiversity. In the cellar, we follow traditional and natural methods, without the use of chemicals. Each Sassocorno wine is the result of artisanal work, an authentic expression of our territory.
We prefer that our wines speak for us. We want to ensure that they are an authentic, true, and highly concentrated expression of the territory they come from and of our work.
