Un’espressione autentica di maturità e complessità. Il Merlot, proveniente da una vigna difficile, ma splendidamente coltivata tra boschi ombrosi, si distingue per la sua eleganza minerale e la raffinatezza intrinseca. Al naso si rivela con una ricca palette di frutti rossi maturi, arricchiti da sentori di spezie dolci e una lieve nota balsamica. In bocca, si svela teso e minerale, con una struttura che evolve lentamente nel tempo, offrendo una persistenza lunga e un finale nobile. Non il solito Merlot, ma un compagno ideale per tavole ricercate e pasti complessi, che esalta ogni portata con un’eleganza senza tempo.
