Located on the heights of the Gaillac vineyard between Albi and Cordes sur Ciel in the heart of the South-West, our young estate is located in the heart of the South-West. à on the edge of the Causses, on a limestone plateau with 300m altitude.

We produce organic wines made mainly from native grape varieties of our region such as Loin de l’œil, Braucol and Mauzac, with the challenge revealed in this respect. enhance the character and flavors.

Since our arrival in 2013, we have focused every day on recreate a vast and diverse natural space and environmentally friendly to bring life back to the soil and develop better biodiversity. With this in mind, we have been working our vines Biodynamically for 3 years and developing complementary crops appropriate to our needs. our land (olive trees, truffle trees, fodder for our neighboring farmers, medicinal plants…).

In the cellar, we use few inputs (native yeasts, low sulphites...) and choose short macerations in order to offer wines that convey the identity of the wines. of our terroirs, fine and fruity.

Situ&eacute; sur les hauteurs du vignoble de Gaillac entre Albi et Cordes sur Ciel au c&oelig;ur du Sud-Ouest, notre jeune Domaine est install&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;or&eacute;e de Causses, sur un plateau calcaire &agrave; 300m d&rsquo;altitude.
Nous produisons des vins bios issus essentiellement de c&eacute;pages autochtones de notre r&eacute;gion tel que le Loin de l&rsquo;&oelig;il, le Braucol ou encore le Mauzac, avec le d&eacute;fi d&rsquo;en r&eacute;v&eacute;ler le caract&egrave;re et les saveurs.
Depuis notre arriv&eacute;e en 2013, nous nous attachons chaque jour &agrave; recr&eacute;er un vaste espace naturel diversifi&eacute; et respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement pour redonner vie au sol et d&eacute;velopper une meilleure biodiversit&eacute;. Dans cette optique, nous travaillons nos vignes en Biodynamie depuis 3 ans et d&eacute;veloppons des cultures compl&eacute;mentaires appropri&eacute;es &agrave; notre terroir (oliviers, arbres truffiers, fourrage pour nos voisins &eacute;leveurs, plantes m&eacute;dicinales&hellip;).
En cave, nous utilisons peu d&rsquo;intrants (levures indig&egrave;nes, faibles sulfites&hellip;) et choisissons des mac&eacute;rations courtes afin de proposer des vins porteurs de l&rsquo;identit&eacute; de nos terroirs, fins et fruit&eacute;s.
