After fifteen years settled in Beaujo on 6Ha of vines, I am packing my bags towards Savoie, my native region. Not without difficulty, I found a cellar in Apremont in August 2021 to vinify my first Savoyard juices. New grape varieties, new challenges…. This year, 9 cuvées emerge to continue this new adventure (Jacquère, Altesse, Roussette, Pinot, Mondeuse and of course Gamay…) Project N +1: planting of 1.5 HA outside the appellation area at an altitude of 650m facing Lac du Bourget….
