Oh god why on earth should I ever describe it when I can drink it and have an amazing moment of pure joy? On the skin timorasso, elegant, intense, slightly tannic, slight aftertaste of spirit. 100 days on the skins in amphorae, then 12 months in chestnut wood barrels.
Elegant and complex orange wine. Purchased at Bacco’s Wine & Cheese in Boston, enjoyed as a birthday treat in Montreal.
