From Martvili in Western Georgia, where the grape variety Ojaleshi is mainly grown. They make wines in the most natural way, using only grapes native to the region, vinifiying without temperature control, aging in qvevri clay vessels, bottling unfined and unfiltered, and, in almost all cases, not adding any suflites.
