40 years old vineyard on stony clays maceration of whole bunches for 8 days. Maturation for 6 months in old barrels. Bottled with 1 g/hl of sulphur... Total sulphur 15 Complex, elegant floral, spicy and fruity nose. Cherry, blackberry, licorice, cinnamon, earth and leather. Dry and rounded palate with light body, without tannins, medium acidity and bitter finish
