Smell of green peppers with a bit of spice and orange with a hint of floral. Juicy and tart with tart cherry and a touch of grapefruit pith. Easy drinker without any distractingly large flavors, great to pair with spicy food (Indian).

Joli blanc orangé (je suppose qu’il y a une macération) d’un domaine que je découvre depuis 2 semaines (3 ème cuvée). Nez complexe, un peu cire d’abeille, pas franchement le fruit frais de prime abord, attaque fraîche par contre, minérale, ça devient plus ample en bouche, pas gras ni tanique pour autant, une finale saline rafraîchissante.
