A sometimes still, sometimes lightly sparkling Aligoté that is high in golden fruit, freshness but with a beautiful deep minerality underneath.
On ne croit pas être en aligoté... frais, neuf, légèrement acide.
Sapidità e profumo di mare.
Et à la fin, un vin français en Tchèque #shrug
