Digne d’un meilleur Courtois, vigneron unique, terroirs de Sologne, terroir unique .. Étienne fils de Claude à tout reçu de son père. Reçois sa première parcelle à l’âge de 17 ans. Puissance et finesse pour ce gamay très subtil ..
A wet Wednesday evening in Paris. This bottle was opened at midnight. I was with two friends in a quiet bistro. The wine was out of sorts so we let it sit for a while. Then we tried it again......wow....we were kinda speechless, not sure what we were drinking, so unique....jasmin, iris, the outdoors and shrubbery, a lovely roughness, arum, turpentine, wet horse hair, iron and blood......so multilayered....continually evolving until..it..was..gone....but not forgotten...
