Sour grape-ish, with a dry aftertaste of green bananapeel. Dark yellow and unfiltered, like a dehydrated older persons bodily fluid. Should be drunk much colder then I did, desperate to try it on a warm summer afternoon on Ischia, after surprisingly finding it in a local winestore (La Cantina in Casamicciola Terme). A funky wine to experience cold.

Earlier it brings directly to the sea, a shy peach under a sharp saltiness. Then the mature fruit takes his place, powerfully within the apricot and again the saltiness and it all perfectly finds its balance with the gentle acidity.
