I tried a riesling of his last weekend. Of 2003!! It was amazing 😉

Amazing wine. No sugars, but still mouth-filling and super much flavor. As aperitif or with a nice fish dish.

Notes of marzipan, butter and bread. Hint of prunes. Soooo good! Pierre Frick is genius.
