ジュラのワイン。 ガメイとピノ・ノワールだけじゃなくて、 ジュラらしいプールサール、トゥルソーも加えて作ってる。 かなりくさめの畑の香り。 プチプチスパークリングするテクスチャ！ 面白い☺️

Syrah and Gamay. Reductive at first but blows off after a bit. Funky but like most Ganevat has nice salinity. Comes together nicely as it opens up (1hr+). I can’t explain the label 🥴
