Pure energy, opened up beautifully after one hour, very focused.
Il faut ouvrir la bouteille bien 45 min avant dégustation pour que le vin se stabilise. Il peut pétiller très légèrement au début. Il est plutôt souple et assez rond en bouche en allant sur des notes de fruits rouges comme la cerise ou la mûre. Pas trop tannique pour un vin sicilien il reste léger et s’accorde très bien avec du poisson.

Fruity and complex Strawberry , wild berries , volcanic Warm , rounded , with pretty soft tannins , nice juicy acidity . Need much more time
