A special cuvée made from a plot of more than century old Zibibbo vines. One from the 600 bottles produced ! And no surprise it was exceptional : an intense and ultra-expressive nose on tangerine skin, mango, lemongrass, rose, musk.. superb texture with flesh, thin tannins, refreshing bitterness and straight acidity despite the 14%. Absolutely beautiful and fascinating ! If you know about the already amazing "classic" bianco Zibibbo, this one feels like a Zibibbo+++
