Bel rosso con grande mineralità e freschezza che non si lascia dimenticare facilmente lasciando al palato dei sapori intensi che si protraggono fino al sorso successivo
Lamie Delle Vigne - 2017 - Guttarolo 👁: Darkness, Deep purple velvet! 👃🏻: smells kinda synthetic, almost glue-ish... 👅: ....but the taste! -Wow! So much going on here 😋🍷✨ deep red fruits, but mos def not like other Primitivos! Not Portwine-ish, so Fresh! & mineraly on the ascendant. Trés Glou-Glou! 🍇: Primitivo. 🌳: 40 year old vines. 2.2 hectares. ⛰: Sandy calcareous clay-oil in karstic terroir! (Limestone rock). 🗺: Gioia Del Colle - Puglia. Alt: 400m. 🌦: Hot days & cold nights. Harvest: September/October (manual) Fermentation: 18 days of maceration (Temp.Controlled) in steel. Aging: 2 years in steel & finally bottle. Production: 5000 L / 7000 bottles Filtered: ❌ Clarified: ❌ Sulphites: (natural) <20mg/L. Alcohol: 13.5% Organic - Handpicked - Synergic Agriculture Drunk @ Il Canto dei Bischeri - Via Putignani, 93, Bari.
Mi sembra di passeggiare sulla Murgia per il bouquet di erbe aromatiche che sprigiona: è la massima espressione della filosofia naturale di Cristiano. Se qualcuno stappa una bottiglia e tu sei vicino, vieni inondato dal bouquet che ti accompagnerà per molto tempo.
