Légèrement trouble au regard, nez maderisé et fruité, arômes de cidre de pomme. Assez mineral en bouche avec un note sucrée tout de même. Amertume assez agréable et bonne fin sèche en bouche.

Une macération somptueusement amené . Le jus laisse une robe florale propre au muscat de développer, même sensation en bouche , des arômes de jasmin et fleur blanche et une acidité souple avec ce qu'il faut de consistance en bouche pour porter le fruit. Super canon ce trouble fait !

This one was 11 years old so at first we opened it and took a taste and then left it open for two hours and then drank the rest. First taste: thick round mouthfeel like a port. Peaches. Second taste: smells of lychees and pear and plumeria flowers. Tastes of elderflower, fresh fruit, minerals like a desert after a rain. Extraordinary wine! We absolutely loved it!
Very floral. With flavors of fresh peaches. Perfect amount of tannins. Love it.
