Straw colored beauty. Nose - Asian pear, wet stone, tangerine Mouth - Green apple tartness, dried apricots, lemon and unripe mango, thyme sprigs, Razor sharp acidity, semi sweet, lil salty@ the finish, med body :) Really freaking nice.
