woow , perfect for those summer days
1 jour de fermentation en cuve métal SO2 moins de 8mg Sucre résiduel moins de 2mg/L Région Andalousie.
petrol on the nose, slightly fizzy but blows off quickly, warms up and rounds out but still rubber, with plum, low tannin
A bit spicy and sour, and some berry. Quite strange but not over the top!
