This bottle accompanied the prix fixe lunch at Septime. It knew what to do with each course, a lovely pairing, delicious wine with another memorable meal at Septime.

Super friendly jura chardonnay, bit of walnut, nice fruitiness but still gentle
Young and crisp
Bon mais un léger lacté
Increddibly interesting, very groovy in sweetness, little bit of clementine and agave. Very soothing drink
