C’est unique ,c’est rare c’est pure c’est précis … avec une petite touche de salinité et une belle minéralitée une grande quille 🙏

A first nose a bit reductive on citrus skin, yellow plum brandy, menthol and walnut but after time and oxygen it opened-up on savoury honey, flower and lemon jam notes ! Tense, straight and mineral palate, and as the nose it gained a lot with oxygen getting more generous, soft, and balanced ! I recommend a bit more age (especially as it's a rare treat) but we already had a great time drinking it !
