Energetic pétillant naturel made from 100% Chenin Blanc! With a slight funk on the tongue and soft bubble, this is a feast to drink.
I took a lot of notes on this wine but the bottom line is....it is really good, it dances and sings, alive and lively, and it makes me feel 😊 😊😊 And Jean-Pierre is a master......and two hours after opening it was so refined, elegant............
