Being a one of Gand of Four, Foillard family showing the Natural side of Beaujolais . • Vineyards are farmed organically • Barrels are minimum 2 years old • Unfiltered and with no added SO2 during vinification • Traditional, whole cluster fermentation This cuvée: • Aged for 6-9 months in used oak barrels • Sourced exclusively from the Les Charmes vineyard, the highest altitude lieu-dit in the appellation Clear and elegant nose, cranberry, blueberry, violet, iron Fresh, rounded and juicy palate
Fruity, red berries, cherry, just enough tannins. Always good as expected
