Pulito, corpo medio, dritto, armonico. Sicuramente un vino piacevole ma, almeno da questa bottiglia, poche emozioni. Cmq lo voglio assaggiare di nuovo.
85%grenache+15 white grape varietals/co-harvest and co-fermentation in whole clusters/5 days maceration/year in concrete -Simple, fruity and floral nose -Strawberry, cherry, plum, violet, rose, black pepper and sweet spices at all -Dry and drinkable palate, no tannins, juicy acidity -cold meat starters, tar-tar, carpaccio, grilled vegetables, especially bell pepper and tomatoes
Medium acidity, med-light body. Pepper, game, and red berries.
