Spontaneous fermentation; whole cluster maceration that varies according to the type of grapes. Aging: in steel for about a year; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites. Crazy blend with infinite vitality! Grenache Blanc dated 2019 to which a part of Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard of the following year is added during the bottling phase. Contagious wine!
