Can’t remember if I posted this one before.. it’s really good! Yeasty, bubbly, funky, lightly fruity and tart, a cloudy yellow pét nat. Très glouglou !
Une référence à mon sens dans les petnat blanc ! Léger, nez pamplemousse, très floral en bouche avec une superbe mineralité. Une expérience TRÈS agréable ! Parmi les meilleurs petnat que j’ai eu la chance de goûter
