C'est génial, tout le monde était ravi de le déguster avec l'entrée de Noël, très légèrement sucré, fruité, fleuri, c'est toujours un plaisir de re-découvrir le vin alsacien en naturel :)
Assemblage of vintages 2004, 2005, 2007. Aging in old barrics (beginning of 20th century). Fullbodied, but fresh in taste.
Honey / melon / white flowers / pear Sweet and tannin palate , nice for Asian cuisine

Linden honey, honeysuckle, apple jam with hints of lemon sorbet. Bright and juicy on the palate with high level of acidity. It's an Alsace style with signs of a great winemaker.
