Série limitée. Cuvée 2015 sel d'argent. À la hauteur de ce grand maître vigneron. Merci monsieur Pfiferling.

Well balanced, not too wild, pretty elegant Grenache based wine Classic, complex nose, pear, melon, white pepper, white flowers Perfectly balanced palate, well integrated acidity ,fat texture and pronounced aftertaste
Quince, fresh apricot, citrus and some white flowers. Body is medium, just enough fat to support a very nice acidity. Bright peppery bitterness, which awesome.
