GAUMEN DISCO 2026 — 17 Restaurants, 25 Natural Wines, One Day Full of Flavour
On 29 August 2026, Gaumen Disco returns to the courtyard of Tranquillo and Black Delight Coffee Roastery in Hamburg.
From 12 noon until midnight, 17 restaurants, chefs and culinary projects from Hamburg, Northern Germany and Copenhagen will come together for a full day of food, natural wine, music and good company.
The idea is simple: in one place, on one day, you can discover many different kitchens, meet the people behind some of the most exciting restaurants in the region and taste dishes that would normally require a journey across the whole city — or even all the way to Copenhagen.
This year’s line-up includes:
KOER, Jellyfish, Botschaft CPH, Reichlich, Speis & Trank, ellikocht, Jing Jing, LUNCH, TWOAlphas, SUPERSÜSS, Tarik Rose, ZERO NEUF, FSKR, XiYO Noodle, Feu Fou, Fritzies and BATU.
Among them are two Michelin-starred restaurants.
The food programme ranges from refined seafood dishes to comfort food, Asian flavours, baked specialities and modern street food.
Jellyfish will serve seared scallops with dashi butter, spring onions and chilli oil.
At KOER, guests can try tomato and sea bass ceviche with crispy chickpeas, mole and coriander.
Reichlich will prepare Käsespätzle with yeast butter and Tyrolean mountain cheese.
TWOAlphas will bring salmon sashimi.
Feu Fou will serve Croque Monsieur.
BATU will prepare Ibérico meatballs with coleslaw and pickles — in true BATU style.
Natural Wine Selection
Natural wine is one of the central parts of Gaumen Disco. During the event, guests will be able to discover 25 wines from 17 wineries, including white, rosé, sparkling, orange and red wines.
