Founded by Polish chef Michał Janczewski @michaeljanczewski BASTARD has become one of Shanghai’s most exciting restaurants, known for its bold, contemporary Chinese cooking and deep love for natural wine. The menu draws inspiration from different regions of China while embracing a fresh, modern approach.
