Every year on the third Thursday of November, the new harvest makes its debut as Beaujolais Nouveau. We’re celebrating in Amsterdam-Noord by turning Pelusa into a French neighbourhood bistro for one night.

We’re cooking three courses inspired by the bouchons of Lyon and pouring wines from Sarnin-Berrux and Domaine des Sonnettes.
