Amazing pecorino from Arquata del Tronto
Noe is a project before being a wine, a poem made from an old, almost abandoned vineyard, cared for by Noe, a farmer who cultivated this almost disappeared vineyard as long as he lived. The same plants that Cocci Grifoni recovered to bring Pecorino back to life. A vineyard of just a few rows destined to neglect and disappearance, had it not been for Stefano Amerighi and Maurizio Silvestri who, out of pure love, decided to breathe new life into the vineyard, Pecorino and Noe's work. Aromas of camomile and yellow flowers, notes of flint that slowly reveal themselves. It needs time before expressing itself in all its character
