Cherubini

Mattia Corbellini

@sandro-poletti

"LEVIS" Rose ' Classic Nature Method CHERUBINI @agricola_cherubini @mattiacorbellini Franciacorta Pinot Noir 100% In the vineyard biodynamic regime, the indispensable copper and sulfur. A pure Pinot Noir where the grapes are de-stemmed and left to macerate for about 6 hours .... spontaneous fermentation in a concrete tank for about twenty days, clarification, stabilization, filtration, no added sulphites, ages on the lees 48 months .. Soft pink, onion skin ..... the nose is ripe citrus, brioche, icing sugar, sugared almond and small pastries, delicious apple, oxidative and tertiary notes. On the palate it is fresh, fragrant, creamy, mineral, round and sapid .... the softness and balance amazes. A sincere and frank classic method, drinkable and pimp ..... But above all uncorrupted ... Franciacorta that moves away ... that avoids, that demands respect ... and that we like .... Dark Franciacorta that evolves into clean, sincere and honest ethics ... As indeed are THE ULTRA ELECTRIC MEGA GALACTIC Californian band very cool and spatial with "Through the dark matter" are honest, sincere and frikkettoni https://youtu.be/sjMXqGcbQjc
