Un vino naturale che nasce da pratiche rispettose dell'ambiente e della vigna: fermentazioni spontanee da lieviti indigeni, breve macerazione sulle bucce, nessuna chiarifica nè filtrazione.Il risultato è un vino bianco dalla personalità marina e mediterranea, con note iodate, agrumate e di erbe aromatiche, sorso fresco e sapido. Un vino artigianale, prodotto in quantità limitate. Ottimo con piatti di pesce, crudi di mare, piatti vegetariani, formaggi freschi.
