A blend of Chardonnay and savaging. Following a long fermentation, the wine is aged ouillé to preserve freshness and purity. The harvest is entirely done by hand, nothing added or taken away during the winemaking process, no filtration, no fining. A true expression of Jura’s terroir, vibrant, mineral, earthy.
Mérite de s’ouvrir 1 h ou d’être carafé , pas beaucoup de glaçon..
Jaune clair, quelques reflets verts. Au nez un peu de poire et de sel. Du vert en vrac. En bouche un peu cachou, un rien fumé. Tres aromatique.
