The Communion of emotions, the music of good "vivre" and passions Eno Brassicole unites me and Compagnero @dimitrigiardina at Osteria Nosetta in Verona @osteria_nosetta Simplicity and hospitality are the qualities of this convivial meeting place just outside the center of Verona. Natural wines, ciketi and dishes of an immediate and sincere cuisine but full of character and verve. Fish and Chip accompany us and VESPRI 2018 @ilceovini by Davide Andreatta in that of Breganze. A few hectares of vines for a Vespaiola in purity macerated 24 h, fermented in steel and glass resin and then aged in barrique spent 6 months, after which it is refermented with its must.
