Vin blanc sec de Chenin sur calcaires
MACERATO 2019 by Matteo Furlani ------------- Alcoholic drink of Pinot Grigio refermented, from vineyards of about 20 years grown on calcareous soil. Yeasty on the nose with herbaceous notes, renetta apple, slightly spicy. With a slender body, but granite acidity and flavor, a thirst-quenching, satisfying, perky and fresh grape juice, capable of stimulating the taste buds by preparing them for the next sip. A simple docile and disengaged drink, which nevertheless fills and mitigates an insidious and flat afternoon, confirming that FURLANI is synonymous with REFERMENTED. Un très beau pinot gris des dolomites italiennes, macéré sur peaux, et refermenté spontanément en bouteille, sans ajout de produits œnologiques ni de So2: c’est surprenant, salin, beaucoup de fraîcheur et de longueur, à découvrir!
