The sisters Alba and Airene finally together at La Producteria in chueca Madrid. Perfect wines, 100% natural. Nothing added except grapes and the usual magic used from Fabio Bartolomei. He recovered Albillo and Airén, two forgotten type of grapes, and he showed all of us that with those two you can make great creations like this. 10/10
A bipolar wine, was supposed to be glu glu the it generate in bottle fruit and some fine bubbles (in the beginning) and he became a freaky cool wine 🍷
