The sisters Alba and Airene finally together at La Producteria in chueca Madrid. Perfect wines, 100% natural. Nothing added except grapes and the usual magic used from Fabio Bartolomei. He recovered Albillo and Airén, two forgotten type of grapes, and he showed all of us that with those two you can make great creations like this. 10/10
Un petnat élaboré selon la méthode ancestrale (fermentation unique) à base de 100% d'Airén, à Quero, près de Tolède, en Castille-La Manche. Le vin macère 23 jours au contact des peaux. Le résultat est ultra-frais, léger et fruité.
Deep spice notes, ginger, persimmon, roasted nuts
