The Bianco in anfora by Casa Belfi èa wine with a strong personality. Spontaneous fermentation in steel vats and amphora with maceration on the skins for 3 days. Without clarification or filtration and without the addition of sulphites.
Very nice grape. Quite long. Good acidity.
