Aug 2024Bellissima esperienza! Questo locale concilia in modo impeccabile la ricercatezza con la classicità ed ogni piatto proposto è un perfetto connubio tra modernità e tradizione. I piatti tipici sono reinterpretati con uno sguardo più ampio e con influenze etniche, il che rende davvero unica l’esperienza culinaria da Vertical. Il servizio è eccellente: ci sono stati spiegati tutti i piatti del menu secondo ingredienti e metodi di cottura utilizzati e ci è stato consigliato un buonissimo vino biodinamico per accompagnare la nostra cena. Soggiornare a Málaga rende obbligatorio fermarsi in questo locale, così curato e accogliente, per una cena rilassante e ristoratrice!

Jan 2024It's hard to describe in a few words how glorious this wine bar is. Julio is a great host: welcoming, dedicated and always attentive to the needs of different clients. The wine list is great and he knows every single detail of the wines he sells, be they from Malaga region or from across Spain. Let alone the cuisine: the plates are fantastic, very well thought and made and raw material is just unparalleled in the city: fish, meat and jamon they were all from another culinary planet. Well, I couldn't recommend it more. This is a must in Malaga for wine and food lovers. Keep up the fantastic work Julio!!
